Bikramjit Singh (Bikram) is the Founder and Managing Director of Scintillation Research and Analytics since 2010, a pioneering patent consulting firm specializing in SEP analysis and advisory. He leads a multidisciplinary team of SEP experts supporting clients with strategic prosecution, portfolio mining and analytics, claim charting, infringement and non-infringement opinions, and monitoring of standards development activities across 3GPP, IEEE, video codecs, MPEG, and related SSOs. He is a registered patent agent in India and regularly supports clients with patent drafting, filing, and strategic prosecution in India and coordination with global counsel. Bikram also spearheaded the development of the SEP Insights database, enabling efficient, on-the-go essentiality analysis for technologies such as Wi-Fi 6, HEVC, and VVC.
