| Zhuang Zhe is a Senior Partner at Tiantong Partners and an Arbitrator with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Ms. Zhuang has nearly twenty years of professional experience in intellectual property and complex commercial dispute resolution. She previously served as Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of a leading publicly listed technology company, where she developed extensive expertise in corporate legal management and a strong global perspective. Her current practice focuses on cutting-edge areas including standard-essential patents (SEPs), FRAND disputes, technology licensing, trade secrets, antitrust, and cross-border compliance.
She has represented leading domestic automotive manufacturers in SEP royalty disputes against globally renowned licensing platforms. In cross-border licensing agreement disputes involving international standard-setting organizations, she has successfully assisted clients in resolving litigation and licensing risks by coordinating legal strategies across China, the United States, and Europe. In addition, she has led multiple benchmark projects in multinational trademark coexistence negotiations, AI-related intellectual property governance, and complex global brand strategy development.
Ms. Zhuang currently serves as a National Expert for Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response, a member of the AI Task Force of the IP Committee of ICC China, and Vice President of the Guangdong Intellectual Property Protection Association. She is also an Adjunct Professor at South China University of Technology and an External Supervisor for Master's Students at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. She has participated in the drafting of multiple industry standards and is listed on the panel of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.
