Ms. Julien George (Partner, IP Litigation, Saikrishna & Associates): Ms. George received her Law Degree from Mysore University in 2010 and did a Post Graduate IPR course from NLSIU, Bangalore. She was initiated into the legal profession by assisting Retd. Hon’ble Mr. Justice Anil Kumar as a Law Researcher in the Delhi High Court. During this stint, she gained wide exposure in Criminal Law and Writ jurisdiction, while also working on matters involving interpretation of Property and Service Laws. Thereafter, Ms. George joined the litigation team of Saikrishna & Associates in 2012 and has been extensively working on various IP matters involving complex issues of Copyright, Trademark, Design and Patent laws, Arbitration, Company and Tender matters, along with other civil disputes such a partition suits, breach of contract and writs.

Ms. George is currently spearheading the firm's practice in Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) litigation since 2016, on behalf of clients in the Telecom, Automotives and Internet of things, like OPPO, Vivo, Xiaomi, Transsion, Reliance, Mahindra, etc. With almost a decade’s experience in Indian SEP jurisprudence, Ms. George also has rich experience in conducting trials in SEP matters.
