Leo Yan (Yan Pengfei) is an IP Manager at Nothing, responsible for the company’s global IP strategy and management, including patent and trademark filing strategies, licensing, and dispute resolution. Nothing is a London-headquartered consumer technology company focused on the design and development of smartphones and audio products. Prior to joining Nothing, he participated in overseas patent litigation and patent prosecution-related work.

He graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign College of Law and possesses an interdisciplinary background in law and electrical engineering. He holds China’s Legal Professional Qualification and is a qualified patent agent in China, and works in both Chinese and English.
