Rui Gao holds dual master's degrees in Engineering and Law and is a Senior Intellectual Property Engineer. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at the China Mobile Patent Center, he is responsible for patent operations and risk management. He also acts as a People's Juror at the Beijing Intellectual Property Court and a People's Mediator for the China Patent Protection Association. Additionally, he is an expert at the National Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance Center, a national patent information instructor, and a member of the Beijing Intellectual Property Expert Database. He has led multiple domestic and international patent infringement lawsuits, including the Wangqu v. Hengbao invention patent infringement case, which resulted in a first-instance compensation award of 50 million yuan.
