Jun Ma, the Global Head of Intellectual Property at Trina Solar Co., Ltd., serves as an arbitrator at the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, a council member of the Chinese Enterprise Intellectual Property Development Salon, and a specially appointed expert at the Shanghai Intellectual Property Institute. He is also among the first group of experts included in the Shanghai Intellectual Property Overseas Dispute Response Guidance Expert Pool, the Vice President of the Changzhou Intellectual Property Protection Association, and an expert for the Changzhou Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance Initiative. Additionally, he acts as an expert for the Changzhou Intellectual Property Dispute People's Mediation Committee, an intellectual property expert for the Changzhou National Hi-Tech District, and a specially appointed expert for the Innovation Talent Development Committee of PatSnap.

With extensive experience in corporate intellectual property management, Ma Jun has previously overseen intellectual property and standards management in multinational companies across the semiconductor, telecommunications, and new energy sectors. He is well-versed in the commercialization pathways of corporate intangible assets and the construction of standard systems, having participated in the research and compilation of multiple national-level projects and initiatives. As a visiting scholar at Stanford University in the United States and the Cambridge Judge Business School in the United Kingdom, he holds dual master’s degrees in Advanced Business Administration and Law, as well as dual bachelor’s degrees in Engineering and Law.
