Xiaopeng Ke serves as the Patent Legal Director at Alibaba Group. He has previously held positions at major multinational technology companies such as Foxconn, ZTE, NXP Semiconductors, and Visionox, accumulating extensive and comprehensive practical experience in intellectual property (IP) affairs and management. He has received several prestigious honors, including being recognized as an Outstanding IP Manager in China, a Leading Figure of an Outstanding IP Team in China, an Excellent IP Lecturer by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and a Leading IP Talent in Gusu. He has also served as Chairman of the Eastern Intellectual Property Club and Chairman of the Chinese Enterprise Intellectual Property Development Salon. Additionally, he has co-edited professional books such as The Path of IP I and The Path of IP II.
