Attorney Li Xi joined Kuaishou Technology Group in 2021, where he is responsible for standard patent portfolio management, patent operations, and patent dispute resolution. He brings over a decade of prior experience working at the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). As a high-level intellectual property talent recognized at the national level, he participated in the third and fourth revisions of the Patent Law and played a key role in amending the Examination Guidelines. He has also conducted ongoing research into intellectual property protection and legislation for "emerging fields and new business models." Additionally, he has contributed to the publication of several books, including Case Analysis: Guidance on Typical Patent Reexamination and Invalidation Cases, Manual on Administrative Litigation for Patent Reexamination and Invalidation, and Typical Patent Reexamination and Invalidation Cases in the Electrical Field.
