Mr CHEN joined SISVEL in 2007, he was the Managing Director of Sisvel Hong Kong for nearly 7 years and has been in charge of new business expansion in Asia (except Japan) since 2023. Mr CHEN has been in patent licensing business for more than 17 years, he has been involved in facilitation and operation of multiple patent pools and licensing programs e.g. MPEG Audio, DVB-T/T2, 3G/LTE, Wi-Fi, and C-IoT etc.
Mr CHEN holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
